Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 5% restocking fee applies.

To start a return, email us at aiden@showintop.com or call +86 13924652698 and include your order number.

If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we cover return shipping. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection (usually within 10 business days; bank processing times may vary). If you do not receive your refund after 25 business days, contact us for assistance.
